Mr. Rabindranath Barai
Mr. Rabindranath Barai has come a long way in pioneering what is today the Shantiniketan High School, known best for its exceptional quality and holistic development. Hailing from small town Sirpur-Kagaznagar is a renowned Businessman, who began the journey with a humble vision to train young minds towards discernable achievements in science, technology and extra curricular activities. As favourable results showed persistently, the scope of his vision expanded in multitudinous folds, contributing ever since to the growth of his academic ventures.

Since 2009, Mr. Rabindranath Barai has worked towards seamless integration of learning made accessible and knowledge made attainable. His ideology and vision are to ensure that every student is provided with the foundation, the capabilities and the means to achieve rigour, skill and, ultimately, success.
